In addition to these formal reviews, the monitoring process is continuous and includes several layers of oversight:

• Daily and Weekly Tracking: Progress on target behaviors is collected daily or weekly using graphs and charts to visualize trends and identify patterns quickly.
• Bi-weekly Team Meetings: Updates and progress are discussed during regular team meetings.
• Performance-Based Adjustments: If a child shows less than 80% mastery of their goals over a four-week period, the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will initiate a revision. This may involve reassessing through a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and adjusting interventions to better address the child’s specific challenges.
